Jim Joplin

James, known as “Jim” to all, has been an Usher for 20 years and a parishioner of St. Monica for 22 years. He faithfully serves at the 5pm Saturday Mass and is the leader of the Usher/Greeter Ministry. You can always count on Jim to sign up for not one, but several Masses, back to back, when we have Holy Days of Obligation such as Christmas Eve. It is a priority for him to ensure there is always enough Usher coverage. Jim has a welcoming personality and greets parishioners warmly, setting a wonderful example for the rest of the Usher team. Jim also serves as an Extraordinary Minister and in the Knights of Columbus. We are blessed to have Jim as a leader for this Liturgical ministry!
