Patrice Kreutz

Patrice has been a volunteer at St. Monica since 2020. She came to St. Monica with experience as an elementary catechist for several years at her previous parish. When I found out how well she understood and could articulate the faith, coupled with her confidence speaking to and coaching adults, I asked her to help us teach parent classes. Since then she has also helped with our Catechist formation program, teaching and coaching new catechists, as well as with our RCIA program, where she is currently a sponsor.

It has been a huge blessing to have Patrice on our team. She is an example of dedication to
Christ and his Church, continually reading, studying, and taking time for personal prayer with
Our Lord. As she teaches the parents, she focuses not only on teaching doctrine, but also
seeks to get to know each person and draw them closer to a relationship with God through
prayer, sacraments, and our parish community. She provides them with resources to form their children in faith and coaches them through praying as a family.

She is a wonderful catechist and inspires all of our team with her joy-filled commitment to sharing the faith!
