In 2022, Ellen was instrumental in forming a new parish ministry, “Senior Connection,” with the purpose of uniting senior members of the parish in fellowship, social activities, and our Catholic spirituality. As one of the group’s first leaders, her dedication to its success has been tireless. We constantly put her strong leadership and organizational skills to the test, and she never lets us down! As VP of Programming, Ellen is specifically charged with securing speakers for our monthly luncheons, and here she exceeds expectations. She can also be counted on to pitch in wherever needed. Ellen is involved in the “behind-the-scenes” works that go along with any organization and, in all of them, she is a joy to work with. Her commitment to and enthusiasm for service are not new to Ellen. During 35 years as a St. Monica parishioner, she has dedicated considerable time and talents to several ministries. Currently, she and her husband, Randy Crim, are a Sponsor Couple for the Marriage Ministry, she is a member of the Bell Choir, and serves on the Pastoral Council. The Senior Connection Leadership Team is happy to recognize our friend, Ellen Crim, as our 2025 Volunteer! Nominated by Molly Murray, Senior Connection President
