Kathleen Phillips

Kathy has been a member of Catholic Daughters for a few years but has been willing to help out in any way she can. At first, Kathy was limited in her involvement due to her husband's poor health. He since has recovered enough that he is out selling monthly breakfast burritos. Kathy helps out quite a bit with the Knight's functions. She also volunteers with Helping Hands. For our court, she is the historian and keeps the scrapbooks and court memories. When our monthly game day coordinator cannot be there, Kathy takes over and runs the game day---this has happened on many occasions. Kathy is very enthusiastic about helping out and always has a smile on. She takes elderly persons to Mass and is a faithful attendee of our Holy Hour. She is always concerned about others---even when she is busy at home or with her volunteering. Recently, after being retired for a long time, she took a part-time job at a pharmacy. She works almost 20 hours or more a week on top of everything else she does! Kathy is a very sweet and spiritual lady and we are blessed to have her in our court!
